Land, site work and electrical, for solar farms.

Take us on for one service or the whole site. Each one below shows what is included and what you get at the end.

Land search

Finding the right land is the slowest part of most solar projects. We search for land that fits your capacity and grid connection, in the district you want to build in.

What we check

  • Area for your capacity, at about 3–4 acres per MW
  • Distance to a suitable substation
  • Access road, terrain and shading
  • Ownership and land documents
  • Whether the land can be used for a solar plant

You get a shortlist of land parcels with location, area, owner details and documents, ready for your site visit.

Land leasing & allotment

Once you pick the land, we work with the landowners on lease terms and paperwork, and get the land allotted to your project.

What's included

  • Talks with landowners on lease rent and term
  • Collecting and checking land documents
  • Lease paperwork, coordinated with your legal team
  • Coordination with local stakeholders

You get land leased and allotted to your project, with all the documents in one file.

Balance of work

You supply the solar modules and inverters. We supply and execute everything else on site, and commission the plant.

What's included

  • Site preparation
  • Mounting structures and their installation
  • Module installation
  • DC and AC cabling and earthing
  • Erection, testing and commissioning

Need only the team? In installation & commissioning, you supply all the material and we provide the people to install, test and commission. It costs less than full balance of work.
